Course Booking Flow
Online booking is available from the web link referenced below. Visit the following link to log in (upper right of page). If you are logging in for the first time, please sign up and register for corporate membership.
※Personal information for the registration shall be used only for the training and for no other purposes.
※note: Please make sure that your name spelling and birthday are the same as on your passport. The certificate will be issued with the information supplied during your booking. (Corrections may cost : Certificate \2,000 +tax, ID Card \1,000 + tax)

Joining Instructions / Timetable / Documents to be submitted
Please download all documents from the table below.
Please read carefully prior to joining the training. Note that the instruction may vary by the training.
※note: Timetables may change or be updated due to weather, etc. According to progression of the training progress, times are an estimate. Please plan your return schedule with a sufficient safety margin.
Send the below “Documents to be Submitted”, by e-mail to email@example.com, after completing all four documents. (5 documents for the GWO courses, 3 documents for the Diving Techniques Training.)
A Confirmation e-mail will be sent from NSTC
Post the original documents, via airmail, to be received 2 weeks prior the training start date or bring the originals with you when you join the training, as the document must be with us upon the training day.

※１ If you are joining the refresher course, please submit the copy of your current certificate on application.
※２ For those join GWO training, the training history of GWO training controlled by WINDA system is run by the GWO, therefore, the registration for WINDA is essential prior to join the training. Please refer to the joining instruction for details.
Nissui Marine Kaikan (dormitory) is available at 4,500yen (+tax) per night. Please note that application for rooms must be made 2 weeks prior the first night. Please refer to the Usage Guide below for the detail of Nissui Marine Kaikan.

Tuition and Accommodation fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course. Please be aware that we only accept payment by Bank Wireless Transfer. Dormitory usage may be paid in cash directly to NSTC on the commencement of training.
After accepting your application for registration, a sales “Invoice” will be sent to you. Please transfer the balance due to our bank account before the date designated on the invoice.
NSTC is not responsible for bank transfer fees that may be charged by the sending and receiving banking systems. Ensure that all transfer and handling fees are paid in full.
If payment is not confirmed by the specified date listed on the invoice, please note that you may not be able to attend the course.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
The following charges will be applied for cancellations and rescheduling.
Therefore, please let us know in good time of any scheduling issues.
Tuition will be refunded excluding cancellation charges.
- 30% of tuition will be forfeited to NSTC if cancellation is 2 business days prior to commencement of the course.
- 50% of tuition will be forfeited to NSTC if cancellation is 1 business day prior to commencement of the course.
- Tuition in full will be forfeited to NSTC if cancellation is on the day of course commencement or in the case of no-shows.
*Your cancellations or rescheduling will be accepted from 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00(UTC) on business days. Please be informed that any cancellations or rescheduling after 17:00 will be applied the next business day.
The practical training aspect of our courses could at time be inherently dangerous. These courses should only be attended by those that are in a good physical condition. To ensure the health and safety of the participants, please submit the documents in advance.
To reduce the risk associated with this training, we ask that all participants follow the instructions of the Instructors and staff at all times.
If the documents or information provided by delegate is found to be fraudulent or their behavior places their or anyone else’s health and safety at risk, they may be removed from the training course. We would like your consideration and understanding that if the delegate is found to be in noncompliance due to the above, the course fees will be nonrefundable and the certificates not issued.
A certificate of completion will be offered to delegate who have completed training (A4 size).
If you would like to have an ID Card, there is a fee of \ 1,000(tax excluded) for issuance.
