FOET Course has been held, December 1
It’s December, time past so quickly. Clear sky has been back after very severe cold days, today was pleasant day for the training and the training has completed very smoothly.
All the delegates were very enthusiastic to join the training. 
Some of them were revisiting since BOSIET four years ago and another had been joined other course in NSTC. They all felt that how four years has passed so quickly and the importance or repeated training as they had forgotten some of the procedures in these four years.
For those who repeated to join NSTC training, the town hasn’t changed that much, but in fact, some of the old building has been rebuilt and our favorite noodle shop “Hachifuku” has been closed.
FOET course included all the training except for Lifeboat training and complete in only one day. This time, we had Fire Fighting/Self-rescue and First Aid practice in the morning and HUET training in the afternoon.

“I could remind the basic procedures that I had learned at BOSIET. Thank you very much. It was very cold outside, but I could enjoy the training comfortably.”
From NSTC: Moving the training venue back and forth, everyone enjoy the combinations of practical trainings. It seems that it was a busy day, but we are looking forward to seeing you another “busy” FOET in 4 years. Thank you very much for joining us.
