Fresh and brisk breeze blowing off NSTC!!
Approaching toward end of May, rainy season is getting closer, but iris and hydrangea blooming softens our heart.
We have had FOET and BOSIET training almost daily this month. We also had 40 visitors who are new employees of our parent company “NISSUI” touring NSTC facility in order to study the operation of our company as a part of orientation. They were so fresh and very excited to absorb as much as they can during the tour.

Talking about new employee, NSTC also had new fellow this month. 
He has joined BOSIET training from May 25 to 27 with the delegates as a part of onboarding (orientation). It is important for us to put ourselves in a position of a delegate and feel as a delegate to deliver comfortable and high quality training.
We expect his potential to be developed as staff who has a broad scope through those orientation trainings.

Hydrangea changes its color depending on the soil. When you are going to have a chance to join our training, please enjoy unique characteristics of each of our staff, that the soil “NSTC” has been cultured.
We hope you’ll see our staff’s characteristics as well as the importance of the training. We will keep doing our best to improve the quality with freshman’s mind. Rediscovering freshman’s feeling, we would like to do our best to boost our quality.
