Being open for new experience
The Christmas joyful spirit is slowly becomes present in everything we are doing, making less noticeable the pinch of cold. As the end of the year is a time to think about people, and acknowledge them, let’s have a glance over the NSTC staff.
During a course a delegate may notice the same staff member changing very different roles. For example you can see a staff conducting a lifeboat and in the second day scuba diving for safety, third day the same person is instructing firefighting or first aid. NNSTC staff members are multitalented people and very flexible in assuming various positions.
This is not achieved immediately, however. The staff member is progressively initiated and trained, all that he or she needs beside his initial qualification is to be open for new experiences.
In this context, talking about being open for new, a brand New Year is coming soon with new challenges and survival adventures!
