NSTC was introduced in “Port of KITAKYSHU” No.92 on Mar. published by Kitakyushu Port Promotion Association.
An Introduction of NSTC, OPITO, descriptions as to our training content, offshore survival and firefighting facilities and features of training were found in the “Port of KITAKYSHU”; A public relations magazine for this port. Also found in this issue along with our introduction was, corresponding activities of 7th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters to the Great East Japan Earthquake, corresponding support services of Kyushu Regional Development Bureau’s “Kaisho Maru” trailing suction hopper dredge equipped with split oil recovery devices.
