Tuition and Accommodation fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course. Please be aware that we only accept payment by Bank Transfer, hotel accomodation may be paid by cash to NSTC on the commencement of training.
After accepting the application, a sales “Invoice” will be sent to you. Please transfer the balance due to our bank account before the date designated on the invoice.
NSTC is not responsible for bank transfer fees that may be charged by your banking system.
If payment is not confirmed by the specified date listed on the invoice, please note that you may not be able to attend the course.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
The following charges will be applied for cancellations and reschedulings.
Therefore, please let us know in good time.
Tuition will be refunded excluding cancellation charges.
- 30% of tuition will be forfeited to NSTC if cancellation is 2 business days prior to commencement of the course.
- 50% of tuition will be forfeited to NSTC if cancellation is 1 business day prior to commencement of the course.
- Tuition in full will be forfeited to NSTC if cancellation is on the day of course commencement or in the case of no-shows.
*Your cancellations or reschedulings will be accepted from 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00(UTC) on business days. Please be informed that any cancellations or reschedulings after 17:00 will be applied the next business day.
