Course Booking Flow


Online booking is available from the web link referenced below. Visit the following link to log in (upper right of page). If you are logging in for the first time, please sign up and register for corporate membership.
※Personal information for the registration shall be used only for the training and for no other purposes.
※Please agree to the privacy policy before submission.
※ GWO training participants are required to register their names and other information with WINDA in advance in order to have their course history be managed by the WINDA system.
※ Please note that for those taking GWO Sea Survival solely after April 2023, GWO Working at Heights training certificate must be valid.
※ Overseas remittance is due one week prior to the date of the training.

※note: Please make sure that your name spelling and birthday are the same as on your passport. The certificate will be issued with the information supplied during your booking.Reissuance or correction of either certificatesor ID cards (including correction) 3,300yen (tax and postage included)

Joining Instructions

Please read carefully prior to joining the training. Note that the instruction may vary by the training.


※note: Timetables may change or be updated due to weather, etc. According to progression of the training progress, times are an estimate. Please plan your return schedule with a sufficient safety margin. Please bring your swimsear with you on the first day of the training.

Document Submission

Send the below “Documents to be Submitted”, by e-mail to, after completing the documents.
※Please submit COVID-19 Enrollment Agreement (the last page) to the receptionist on the training day.

※Documents must be submitted at least 15 days in advance as a general rule.
※If the application and documents are not submitted at least 15 days in advance, the application will be cancelled and 30% cancellation fee will be charged.

※1 If you are joining the refresher course, please submit the copy of your current certificate on application.

※2 Registration with WINDA is required to participate in GWO training. Please refer to the Joining Instructions for details.


Nissui Marine Kaikan (dormitory) is available at 4,950yen/night+200yen(accommodation tax) total 5,150yen per night. Please note that application for rooms must be made 2 weeks prior the first night. Please refer to the Usage Guide below for the detail of Nissui Marine Kaikan.

Tuition and Accommodation fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course. Please be aware that we only accept payment by Bank Wireless Transfer. Dormitory usage may be paid in cash directly to NSTC on the commencement of training.

After accepting your application for registration, a sales “Invoice” will be sent to you. Please transfer the balance due to our bank account before the date designated on the invoice.

NSTC is not responsible for bank transfer fees that may be charged by the sending and receiving banking systems. Ensure that all transfer and handling fees are paid in full.

If payment is not confirmed by the specified date listed on the invoice, please note that you may not be able to attend the course.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

The following charges will be applied for cancellations and rescheduling.
Therefore, please let us know in good time of any scheduling issues.
Tuition will be refunded excluding cancellation charges.

[Course Cancellation]

15 calendar days prior to the training day Failure to submit application and documents will be treated as a cancellation and 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
7calendar days prior to the training day 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
3calendar days prior to the training day 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

※Requested and no-regularly scheduled courses will be charged cancellation fees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the initial application.

The following cancellation policy will still apply to the courses held before March 31, 2022

2 business days prior to the training day 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
1 business days prior to the training day 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
On the day of training 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

*Your cancellations or rescheduling will be accepted from 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00(UTC) on business days. Please be informed that any cancellations or rescheduling after 17:00 will be applied the next business day.



The practical training aspect of our courses could at time be inherently dangerous. These courses should only be attended by those that are in a good physical condition. To ensure the health and safety of the participants, please submit the documents in advance.

To reduce the risk associated with this training, we ask that all participants follow the instructions of the Instructors and staff at all times.

If the documents or information provided by delegate is found to be fraudulent or their behavior places their or anyone else’s health and safety at risk, they may be removed from the training course. We would like your consideration and understanding that if the delegate is found to be in noncompliance due to the above, the course fees will be nonrefundable and the certificates not issued.



Acertificate (A4 size/paper) will be issued to delegates who have completed all training elements. There is an option for issuance of a driver’s license size ID card (\1,100/tax included) for the BOSIET, FOET, HUET, ADC, ADE, and ARDC courses only. Please select this option when you apply for the training.
