Aircrew Ditching Course (ADC) was conducted on 28th August.
Following comments had been given by participated aircrews:
“It was very effective to have had debriefing after each practice. The training including CRM (Crew Resource Management) was very new experience for me as the training in another center provided me only HUET.”
“I could achieve the maximum effect of the training by the detailed explanation of procedure and aim of the training prior to each practice. Debriefing after each practice allowed me to have a chance to hear the comments by other attendees (other than pilot). We should have this kind of training every few years.”
