Aircrew Ditching Course (ADC) was conducted on 19th October.
Following comments were given by participated aircrews:
“I am thankful that I could complete the course even though I am not good at swimming. A high level of professionalism and motivation of the staff were impressive. It is essential for us to take this kind of training in order to reduce a number of casualties as ditching accident can happen during the helicopter mission.”
“The contents of the training were very practical. I had training for the first time being that this kind of training facility in Japan is very limited and was able to learn a lot for my future operations. It was very nice that the designs of the windows are similar to various helicopter models.”
