Late summer greeting！
Hi, I’m Junichi, working for Training Support Section. How have you been during Bon Holiday break?
During Bon Holiday break, NSTC had no training and all the staff have had vacation to restore the energy. 
It was also a great time to maintain the facilities that is not easy to work on when we have training as normal. We took this opportunity to have painters recoat the floor of bathroom in our training facility. 
We also have tidy-up and sweep around the training pool.
As I started sweeping the floor, “cleaning up” action boosted my blood type A personality,
I polished up the facility more than is necessary. (In Japan, personality analysis by blood type is popular and blood type A is considered as methodical and tentative.) The facility looks like brand new as we worked on whole day long to clean up thoroughly.
Now, I feel that I would be ab le to start the training after the vacation on a new note!! 
Well, I have just realized that I piled some assignments before the vacation and to be completed soon, so I have to pat me on the butt to finish them! 
The last summer of Heisei Period will be over soon, but it seems that hot and humid weather continues for a while. Please enjoy rest of the summertime without any accident such as heatstroke, etc.
