| 15 calendar days prior to the training day | Failure to submit application and documentation will be treated as a cancellation and 30% cancellation fee will be charged. |
| 7calendar days prior to the training day | 50% cancellation fee will be charged. |
| 3calendar days prior to the training day | 100% cancellation fee will be charged. |
※Requested and no-regularly scheduled courses will be charged cancellation fees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the initial application.
