In consideration of the current infection situation of COVID-19, Nippon Survival Training Center has prepared an agreement requesting your cooperation to deal with COVID-19.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to the delegates and their companies, but since the training will be conducted in an environment where there will be more contact with people than usual, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

※The evidence of negative results from the test kit requested※
If you have used the test kit at the hotel where you stayed the night before and have confirmed that you are negative, please write [tested date], [name], [name of the course you are taking], and [date of the course] on a paper and take a picture of the paper with the kit.
Please printout and submit the photo to the reception staff on the first day of training.
