Participant’s feedback by the GWO BST Questionnaire
Hello, I am Shingo, Sub-Assistant COO.
We received the following in a questionnaire from the delegate joining in the GWO Basic Safety Training that was held from September 9 to 13.
“The course itself was very beneficial, but I felt it would be difficult to come and join the course often because it is quite far from where I live.”
Thank you very much for evaluate the usefulness of the training. In addition to that, we are very sorry for those who travel all the way from far away to join the course, but we will do what we can to improve the training center so that the customers can choose to come even from far away.
NSTC is committed to maintaining and improving the quality of our training, and we have received ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) certifications, as well as GWO approval, to ensure that we are providing training on your valuable time.
Our training is subject to the strict auditing process of internal audits and external audits by Class NK (a third-party organization).

Final Meeting
We sincerely responded one by one to the sharp points made by the auditor on ClassNK Management Systems and Maritime Training Certification Department, regarding the assurance of training quality and safety according to the ISO requirements, and at the final meeting, we successfully received the audit result of “no non-conformity nor corrective action” ! We would be happy if we could let you know that we have passed such a strict examination before providing the training to the delegates.
Now after very hot and humid summer, it is the perfect season for sea survival training and firefighting training. There is still some room for GWO, STCW training, so please take advantage of this time of the year to register your training.
