It’s getting cooler with the arrival of October, how are you doing?
In NSTC, OPITO approved FOET course has been held on September 28.
This course was refresher course for BOSIET course which you had taken before, and I appreciate if you could remind everything what you had learned 4 years ago. Hopefully the vague memory has been recalled clearly.
In order to retain the content of training you have joined FOET here in NSTC, I suggest you to remind what you’ve learned here. (I will be very very happy if you could also remind training staff!)

Emergency Breathing System with nose clip is used during FOET training, so you don’t have to worry about water intrusion from your nose.
