I’m Furuya, who was assigned to The Management Department this March!
It’s now the season when cherry blossoms in Kitakyushu have turned into green leaves. 
At NSTC, new employees are participating in training.
Everyone is very fresh, and I once again thought that I want to work hard without forgetting my initial motivation.
Currently, the new employees are learning about our company’s business and culture through training. During the training period, there are various encounters for both the new employees and senior colleagues. Among them, I would like to build a good relationship, stimulate each other, and create a foundation for better work!
After completing the training, the new employees will work on actual duties. I hope they will use what they have learned during the training and grow step by step. I am struggling every day to further improve my skills and show an exemplary figure.
Together with the new colleagues, I will do my best to provide you with better training!
