Annual Meeting of all employees
It’s Hiroko, Quality Management Section of NSTC. I am currently a member of Tokyo Office, I traveled Kitakyushu where the headquarter of Nissui Marine Kogyo Co., Ltd (NMK) located in order to attend the Annual All Employee Meeting on Friday of last week.
Listening attentively to commitment presented by the President
The Annual All Employee Meeting commenced with the President’s presentation of commitment followed by the speech by guests of honor from NISSUI headquarter, and then the presentations by each division of NMK so that all employees could understand and share the information of past/present/future of their own company. There was also Proposal Award Ceremony, an award for those who had suggested good idea for the job and environment. The award itself is one of a good idea to maintain employee’s motivation to improve their operation and working environment.

CSR is one of the keywords for this year. We, NSTC staff, are providing many kinds of trainings with conviction that our project contributes greatly to CSR.
Following by Safety Meeting, we had guest lecturer by the professional physical trainer about “Posture and health”. The safety declaration during the Safety Meeting, “Zero Accident” reminds me the importance of approaching the safety with positive attitude by each employee.

I may wrap up this article as “NSTC will do our best”, but this time, I rather would say “NMK will do our best” to deliver training along with your continuous satisfactionJ Keep safe, safety first!
