GW is over (pianful…)
GW (Golden Week Vacation) is over again this year. As NSTC is devoted to training on a daily basis, NSTC staff could also took vacation separately according to the calendar.
I was planning to use this time off to enjoy my garage life by taking care of all the household duties that I usually can’t do, but unfortunately I got a hunchback on the first day of the week, and it ended while I was enduring the pain.
In our training, we try our best to eliminate hazards, but this troublesome “hunchback” is really a tough hazard for a man in his mid-50s.
I am not sure if I’ll have to deal with it more and more as I get older, but if the pain eases, I’ll work on my core training to prevent the hunchback.
GW (Go Working) is now hard for me.
