DTT and FOET course have been held, October 17 – 21
Halloween, having been rooted the festival on October 31 in Europe, now enliven the mood for Japanese citizen grooving and excited. 
こHere in NSTC, we also created Halloween atmosphere in our lounge. 
We have water server and coffee machine for the delegates in the lounge, and those are available for the delegates during their break time.

We have held DTT (Diving Techniques Training) and FOET course this week. I would like to focus introducing DTT.
DTT is a diving training designed not only for the commercial diving services but also public agency lifesavers, and consists of lectures and practical training in training pool.

There will be DTTMP (Diving Techniques Training Marine Practical) in the following week. It is our first Marine Practical training.
Two of the delegates joining this week’s DTT will join DTTMP continuously.
